How it works
Planning solution
We discuss your wishes for your future cottage: how many rooms, how many bathrooms, what kind of kitchen, shower or bath, wardrobe, number of wardrobes, etc. We discuss the style and approximate area, take measurements of the site and prepare options for planning solutions. The term is 1-3 weeks.
3d visualization
Based on the approved plan, we prepare facades and detailed visualization from different angles. 3D images show what the house will look like in real life. Term 2-3 weeks.
Technical drawings
We create technical documentation - all the necessary drawings for builders with dimensions and assemblies. Term 2 weeks.
Supervision
We regularly visit the construction site, answer questions that arise, and control the correctness of the work. We are engaged in the search and selection of facing materials, windows, doors, tiles, etc. We make adjustments to the project, we solve docking. We take care of all construction concerns.
